Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at nurse23rcc@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for where and how to return your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item. Please include photos when possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many Kingdom Kreationz items are produced on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selections made at checkout, personalized or custom items, gift cards, or final-sale items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If a return is approved, you may place a new order for the preferred item, size, or color.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, applicable consumer laws may provide additional cancellation or return rights. Where legally required, those rights will apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once your approved return has been received and reviewed. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
