Order Processing

Many Kingdom Kreationz products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, and fulfillment conditions.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout, the carrier, and the destination.

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Kingdom Kreationz is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at nurse23rcc@gmail.com and include your order number and photos when applicable.

Carrier delays and delivery disruptions may occur after an order has shipped. We will assist where reasonably possible, but delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in more than one package if products are fulfilled separately.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by their country. These charges are not included unless stated otherwise at checkout.
